Mr. Cruz has over 40 years of legal experience, in both the Federal and State Court level. Mr. Cruz is  well versed in many facets of the law and our resident expert in litigation. When you need your interests protected, he's who you want in your corner.  Mr. Cruz received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida School of Law in 1980 and studied international law in Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico and Rafael Landivar University in Guatemala. He founded his own practice in 1986 and is admitted to practice in  the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Supreme Court State of Florida, United States District Court for the Southern District, United States Tax Court, United States Court of Appeals for Eleventh Circuit, and is a member of the Trial Bar for the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. He was recognized as Outstanding Young Men of America, Who’s Who in American Law, Manchester Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals and received a City of Miami Certificate of Appreciation. He has represented airlines in various litigation matters in both Federal and State Courts, including Hague Convention litigation. He also represents businesses and individuals, counseling and litigating corporate, contractual, transactional, commercial, real estate, business and acquisitions matters, including creating business plans and subscription agreements, as well as in negotiating overseas agreements and drafting terms thereof. He advises corporate clients on preventive practices, such as employment relations, avoidance of discrimination claims, drafting employment, golden parachute and non-compete agreements and represents sundry multispecialty medical groups as well as over the counter supplement companies in various business, company/corporate, Federal and State regulatory and litigation matters.

 A Cum Laude Graduate from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University, Richard brings to our firm a strong research-oriented background. Prior to graduating Law School, Mr. Cruz Blanco established himself in the legal community with  extensive experience as a Florida Registered Paralegal, and has served as the Vice-Chairman of the Florida Bar Registered Paralegals Committee. 

  A University of Florida graduate, she has extensive experience having worked as a Personal Assistant, Legal Secretary, and an entrepreneur at 18. She is a member of Sigma Alpha Lambda, recognized for National Leadership and Honors. Ms. Cruz is also TEFL Certified, and assists in providing a seamless experience for our Clients.     

   A graduate from the University of Florida, with Degrees in Finance and Marketing, and nearly 30 years of experience in the Financial sector, Mrs. Cruz brings a wealth of knowledge to our team for the smooth operations of our office as the Office Administrator.
